Phillip R. Pignatelli has been employed as a teacher and/or lecturer by the New York City Board of Education, the City University of New York, the Staten Island Institute of Arts and Sciences, the United Federation of Teachers and the Educational Alliance of New York City.  He has received numerous citations for distinguished teaching.
